When your account has been permanently blocked due to a serious violation of the WeChat Terms of Service, we will restrict the use of the account and will not be able to unblock the account for you.

If your WeChat Pay account still contains funds in Balance, when you log in to WeChat, WeChat will automatically open an in-app entrance that allows you to withdraw your money from Balance within 48 hours. However, because your account violated laws or platform rules, other features of the account will be restricted from use and the restrictions cannot be removed. If you still need to use WeChat, we advise you to register for a new WeChat account and be sure to carefully review and comply with the WeChat Terms of Service.
