What if I'm not able to receive my SMS verification code while trying to log in?
1. First check whether the current phone number is the same as the one you linked used to your register or link your WeChat account. If you have changed your phone number, please log in via other another method (such as logging in via password) s and change update your linked mobile number as soon as possible.

2. Are you sure that your mobile phone and mobile number is able to receive SMS messages? Try sending an SMS message to your mobile number from another mobile phone to make sure that your mobile phone is able to receive SMS messages normally. If you're unable to receive SMS messages, it’s probably caused by a poor network connection, or it’s because your number is roaming/out of credit/out of service, etc. Please try again 30 minutes later or register with another phone number.

3. Check whether your phone has any anti-virus apps that block SMS messages from unknown senders. If so, turn off the blocking feature from your anti-virus app temporarily, and request another SMS verification code.

Please try to recall whether you have ever requested your telecom provider to block any mobile numbers messages from WeChat?. Or Also, whether you have blocked the number on your phone, for example, you have replied by replying to prior messages content such as with "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "CANCEL" , etc. If you are not sure about the situations mentioned above, you may confirm with your telecom provider and request for unblocking our number(s).
