Log in to WeChat > Me > Services > Wallet > Payment Settings at the bottom of the page > Forgot Payment Password > Verify your Identity. You can retrieve the payment password by two methods under Verify Bank Card Info:

1. Rebind your bank card to reset password

Tap the linked bank card. Enter the bank card number and mobile number registered with your bank. After receiving the SMS verification code, enter the verification code to reset the payment password.

2. Add new card to reset password

Tap Add bank card, then fill in the new bank card number and other information, as well as the mobile number registered with your bank. After receiving the SMS verification code, you can reset your payment password.
