You can set payment PIN when you verify your bank card information, such as when you add a bank card, link a bank card for payment, or top up your Balance.

If you have verified your identity, you can also tap "Me" -> "Wallet" -> "..." (in the top right corner) -> "Payment Management" -> "Set Payment PIN" -> "Verify Personal Information to Set Payment PIN" and then fill out your personal information to verify your identity. A payment PIN can be set once verification is completed.

Note: To keep your funds secure, payment PINs are not allowed to be made up of repeated or sequential numbers (i.e. 123123, 111222 or 123456).
