Users may request to download their WeChat account's personal data to make it more convenient to port your data to another service. 

Go to the Me tab, select Settings > Privacy > My Information & Authorizations and select Export Personal Data. You will need to first enter an email address. After verifying your email, select which type(s) of data that you wish to export. After submitting your request, we will prepare your data and once the data is ready, you will be notified via email that you may download your data. Open the link provided in the notification email on a computer browser to open the download page. You will first need to use WeChat on your phone to scan the authorization QR code. After scanning the code, you will be provided with the download link to download your requested data along with a password for opening the protected file. After downloading, use the password to unlock and decompress the downloaded file. Be sure to download your data within 72 hours after receiving the notification email or you will need to request a new download again.
