From within a group chat, tap "..." in the top right, then scroll down to the last person in the group. Tap the "+" button next to that person and choose someone to invite.
Tips：After your group exceeds 40 members, this will send an invitation instead of immediately adding them in. When your group exceeds 100 people, you will need to verify your identity.
