From within a chat, tap the "+" button, then Album. From here, you can send a photo or video from your phone's camera roll. Pick the one you want, then hit Send.
Note: Currently only support videos which are less then 20 MB.
Tip：Instantly send a photo & short video after taking it
You can also choose Camera from the "+" button menu. This will instantly send the photo or a short video after you take it. Tap the white circle in the bottom to take a photo or long press it to shoot a short video for up to 10 seconds.
