Follow the tips below for troubleshooting:

1. Photos must not exceed 10MB in file size or 1000*1000 pixels in image size to send via WeChat. Photos must also be in JPEG (or JPG) or PNG file format. If your photo doesn't comply with these constraints, convert it first to an appropriate size and format before sending.

2. Update to the latest version of WeChat to send larger sized photos.
