At present, WeChat Out supports making calls to landlines and mobile numbers in over 200 countries and regions around the world. This includes making calls to most toll-free and public service numbers starting with 400, 800 and 888 etc. If you are unable to get through, we suggest that you add the area code before trying again. WeChat Out does not currently support:

- making calls to paid phone services; and

- emergency calls. In cases of emergency, please call the relevant hotline in your country or region for assistance.

For users in Hong Kong, please note that WeChat Out does not currently support making calls from Hong Kong to the Chinese Mainland due to restrictions imposed by our third-party telecommunications service providers. If you require such services, please do not top up WeChat Out and find alternative ways to meet your needs.
