How do I request a refund after topping up?

Refund process for WeChat Out Top-up Credits on Google Play for Android users:

Users who has purchased a WeChat Out Top-up Credits using Google Wallet are eligible for a refund for unused WeChat Out top-up credits provided they submit the refund request within 14 days of purchase. If you have used any of the top-up credits, you'll be unable to request for a refund. Request a refund by submitting a written request in English to support@help.wechat.com. Refund requests made through other means may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given for services paid or credits acquired through the redemption of vouchers, coupons, gift tokens, gift cards, promotional codes and the like. To the extent possible under applicable laws, WeChat reserves the rights to have the final say on approving all refunds.


Include the following message in your email with the subject line "Refund for WeChat Out" and send it to support@help.wechat.com. We'll handle your application as quickly as possible.

2. Google Play payment transaction ID

3. Transaction date

4. Billing Address

5. Region

6. Phone number

7. Email address associated with Google Play account

8. The amount to be refunded

9. Your WeChat ID

10. Please specify the payment made for as: WeChat Out
