Refund process for WeChat Out Top-up Credits on App Store for iOS users:

Users who purchased a WeChat Out Top-up Credits using 'In-App Purchase' in iOS system are eligible for a refund for unused WeChat Out Top-up credits provided they submit the refund request within 14 days of purchase. Request a refund by visiting the Apple "Report a Problem" page at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests made through other means may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be given for services paid or credit acquired through the redemption of vouchers, coupons, gift tokens, gift cards, promotional codes and the like. To the extent possible under applicable laws, WeChat reserves the rights to have the final say on approving all refunds.
