Group owners are entitled to the following privileges:
1. Edit and update group notice
Enter group chat > tap "..." in the top right > Group Notice.
2. Delete group members
Enter group chat > tap "..." in the top right > tap "—" and select a group member you want to remove from the group chat.
3. Transfer ownership to another group member
Enter group chat > tap "..." in the top right > Manage Group > Transfer Ownership > select a group member as a new group owner.
4. Set up group admin
Enter group chat > tap "..." in the top right > Manage Group > Group Admin > tap "+" to select a group member as a group admin. The group admin has the following permissions:
- Change the group chat name when there are 100 members or more.
- Issue group notice.
- Set up how new members can join, and approve new members.
- Delete group members (except group owner and admin)
5. Verify invitations sent by other group members
Enter group chat > tap "..." in the top right > Manage Group > enable Invitation Approval.
6. Ability to view how other group members have joined this group chat from within the group's profile screen
