1. What is a Starred Friend?
Starred Friends are displayed on the top of your contact list, so that you can find them quickly. You can mark your WeChat friends as Starred or cancel their starred status. Your friends won't be notified of these operations.
2. How do I set a starred friend?
Enter WeChat > tap Contacts in the bottom > select a friend and tap the "..." icon at the top right, and enable Starred to mark your selected friend as starred.
