If your account has been blocked, it may be due to the following reasons:

1.Downloaded WeChat from unofficial channels.

2.Using an Android emulator (such as Bluestack, Andy, Youwave) or other non-official plugins to run WeChat.

3.Previously sending content related to lewd material, violent content, scams, inappropriate rumors, or false advertisements.

4.Using a virtual phone number to register your account, such as from Skype In, Google's Project Fi, Google Voice, Nexmo, etc. It is recommended to switch to a fixed phone number service. Try registering again using a different mobile number that is not provided by a virtual phone service. 

There are two types of account blocks, each with different solutions:

Temporarily blocked: Follow the instructions on the login page and submit an appeal accordingly. If you are unable to unblock your account, refer to this link for assistance.

Permanently blocked: If your account has been permanently blocked due to a violation of the WECHAT TERMS OF SERVICE, no unblocking options are available. However, for users with remaining funds or assets in WeChat Pay, log in access will be provided solely for the purpose of withdrawing those funds, while all other features will remain restricted. The only way to resume using WeChat is to register a new account and ensure full compliance with the WECHAT TERMS OF SERVICE.
