To delete WeChat friends:

1. Start in Contacts

2. Select the friend to be deleted and tap into his/her profile

3. Tap the "..." icon in the top right corner of the Profile page, then select Delete.

Note: WeChat does not support restoring previously deleted friends. However, you can add them again via WeChat ID, mobile number or scanning their QR code.
