How do I set permissions for Moments?
1. Turn off Make Last 10 Moments Public
BY DEFAULT, WeChat enables Public Moments for users to allow strangers to view your 10 most recent posts. However, you can turn it off by going to Me > Settings > PrivacyMake Last 10 Moments Public

2. Set permissions for Moments
WeChat allows users to set permissions for Moments if you don't want to be viewed by some particular WeChat friends or you're not interested in someone's updates.
Sign in WeChat > Me > Settings > Privacy > Hide My Posts
(1) Press "+" to add someone into the list so that they can't check your Moments. 


 

(2) Press "" to remove your friends from the list. After that, they can view your Moments again.

 
 
Sign in WeChat > Me > Settings > Privacy > Hide Their Posts
(1) Press "+" to add contacts into this list, so their new updates will not be seen on your Moments.


 

(2) Press "" to remove them out of the list. After that, their updates will be show again on your Moments.

 

3. Set Visible to Friends
You can select Last 6 months/Last 3 days/All by going to Me > Settings > Privacy Visible to Friends, and Moments posted before your selected time limit will be hidden from friends.

4. Set Share With in a particular moment
You can also set a permission before you post the moment. Tap Share With at the bottom of the edit page, then:
1.Select All, all of your contacts will be able to view this moment.
2.Select Private, only you can see it.
3.Select Share With, and then select the contacts who you want to share this post with.
4.Select Don't Share, and then select the contacts who you don't want them to view this post.
