Only the group owner and group admin have permission to edit or modify the group notice.
1. Enter group chat.
2. Tap the group setting icon "..." at the top-right corner
2. Tap Group Notice, edit the notice and confirm to post it by tapping Done in the upper right.
Once the group notice is set successfully, all members will be notified of it. Group members can always view the group notice by tapping the group setting icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
